SNOB™ stands for Safe, Natural, Organic, Bioavailable. It is our quality standard for ingredients made with clean extraction methods, careful sourcing, and a focus on purity and performance in finished formulas.

Ingredients, formats & technology

What ingredient categories do you offer?

Our catalog covers mushroom extracts (such as Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Chaga, and Shiitake), water-soluble vitamins (including Vitamin D3, K2 MK7, E, and A), CoQ10, botanical extracts, and other functional ingredients such as habanero capsaicin, green coffee, cinnamon, cacao, vanilla, and hemp protein. See the full catalog at Ingredients.

What formats are available?

We produce oils, powders, and water-dispersible forms. Delivery options include oleoresins, water-soluble powders, essential oils, standardized extracts, and quantified extracts. Specialties include powdered mushroom extracts and water-dispersible CoQ10 made without maltodextrin or unnecessary carbohydrates.

How are your ingredients extracted?

We process botanicals with supercritical CO2 or water-based methods. CO2 extraction is solvent-free and is used to capture active compounds while helping exclude heavy metals and residual solvents associated with some conventional solvent processes.

What is AbsoluteNano™?

AbsoluteNano™ is our cyclodextrin-based encapsulation technology. It makes water-insoluble active ingredients dispersible in water for use in capsules, chewables, beverages, and other formats. AbsoluteNano ingredients are designed for tremendous improvements in bioavailability and solubility, with no soy emulsions or surfactants, and a 100% solvent-free process.

Which ingredients use AbsoluteNano™?

Current AbsoluteNano ingredients include Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 (MK7), Vitamin E, Vitamin A, and CoQ10. Ask sales if you need AbsoluteNano applied to another active.

Where do you source botanical materials?

We prioritize domestic sourcing, especially for mushrooms, and work with selected partners in Mexico, Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Madagascar. Materials go through quality checks aimed at avoiding contaminants, and we avoid sourcing from regions with known heavy-metal risks when possible.

Are your ingredients organic?

We hold USDA Organic certification and offer organic options where the certificate and supply allow. Ask sales which SKUs are currently certified organic and request the current certificate with your quote.

Quality, testing & documentation

What certifications and standards do you meet?

Our facility is certified under 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117 for supplements and food. We hold USDA Organic certification, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and use Clean & Green supercritical CO2 extraction as part of our quality approach.

What testing do you run in-house?

Our on-site analytical lab includes LC-MS-MS, GC-MS, GC-QTOF, and HPLC. Capabilities include identity testing, active-compound quantification, QA/QC, purity and potency testing, stability testing, unknown-compound identification, analytical label-claim testing, and flavor profiling.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. We provide Certificates of Analysis and related documentation with orders. Tell us which tests and declarations you need (identity, actives, heavy metals, microbiology, allergens, organic, non-GMO, and similar), and we will confirm what ships with each lot.

Can you support stability and formulation work?

Yes. Our R&D and analytical teams support formulation, reformulation, QA/QC, stability testing, and new-product development for formats such as RTM powders, beverages, gummies, softgels, and semi-solids.

Do you run feasibility studies?

Yes. We run feasibility studies on extraction processes, new ingredients, and scalability. These studies typically require 50–100 kilos of raw material.

Ordering, samples & commercial terms

How do I request a sample?

Use the Sample Request form or email [email protected]. Standard samples are 5 g. Samples can support beverages, syrups and liquids, cosmetics, fine fragrance, gummies, nutraceuticals, powders and stick packs, softgels, tablets and capsules, and related formats. Custom mixes and custom ratios are available; ingredients can also be requested separately.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the ingredient, format, and whether the order is stock or custom. Contract manufacturing MOQs are quoted by format. Contact [email protected] or call +1 651-464-2822 for current minimums on the SKUs you need.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times vary by stock status, format, and customization. Contract manufacturing work is described as moving from concept to reality in weeks once the formula and production plan are set. Sales will confirm timing with your quote.

How do I get a quote?

Email [email protected], call +1 651-464-2822, or use the contact form. Include the ingredient or finished format, target quantity, preferred form (powder, liquid, encapsulated, and so on), and any documentation you need (COA, organic certificate, allergen statement).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we support domestic and international shipping for ingredient and finished-product orders. Freight method and terms are confirmed with your quote. Contact sales for destination-specific requirements.

Contract manufacturing & private label

Do you offer contract manufacturing?

Yes. We manufacture finished products in shots, gummies, softgels, and powders, with formulation support from concept through production planning and launch.

Do you offer private label or white labeling?

Yes. We provide contract manufacturing, white labeling, and toll processing. Production capacity includes softgels (about 800,000 per day), gummies (about 50,000 per hour), and liquid shots (about 15,000 per hour), plus custom processing options.

What finished formats can you manufacture?

Shots, gummies, softgels, and powders, including wellness blends, hydration products, botanical formulas, and related functional products. Formulation services cover new product development, reformulation, and line extensions.

Applications & next steps

Can your ingredients be used in functional beverages and gummies?

Yes. Many of our ingredients are designed for beverages, shots, gummies, RTM powders, softgels, capsules, and tablets. AbsoluteNano vitamins and CoQ10 are built for water-based systems; mushroom and botanical extracts are available in formats suited to those same applications.

How is AbsoluteNano different from liposomal encapsulation?

AbsoluteNano uses cyclodextrin encapsulation without soy emulsions or surfactants and is solvent-free. For a side-by-side comparison, see Liposomal Encapsulation vs AbsoluteNano.
